Restoration of the VFW 614 G15 - Update June 2009

Restoration work done by some members of our association are still in progress. Partitions have already been remade and installed.

Some window panels in the front cabin section were removed for maintenance.

Due to a generouse donation five hat racks have been remade using the original design. One of those have already been installed.

All cabin lighting and the PSUs in the front cabin have been renewed. Also the cockpit lighting is operative again.

After cleaning the aircraft on april 25th, the aircraft is presenting itself in a very good shape again. It is a point of high interest to all visitors of the Bremen Airport event on May 10th - "100 Years Of Aviation At Bremen".
